FIFCO operated multiple plants and logistics centers with electrical, MEP, and structural systems of different ages, documentation levels, and technical standards. Information was fragmented, incomplete, or outdated, making decision-making difficult.

Additionally, hazardous area classification and explosive atmosphere assessments were critical for safety, yet required consistent and unified criteria. Maintenance and operations teams faced the risk of unexpected failures, high costs due to limited visibility, and audits without full technical traceability.

We centralized technical information across more than 17 facilities, standardized criteria, digitized diagrams, and created a unified view of the actual condition of FIFCO’s electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

FIFCO transitioned from operating with uncertainty and inconsistent data to having a clear, updated, and reliable technical snapshot of each site. This shift strengthened their ability to prioritize investments, reduce risks, comply with international standards, and plan preventive maintenance based on solid technical judgment.
